Parking is $30 for your entire stay. It's collected by the complex.
ATTENTION NOVEMBER-JANUARY GUESTS: Our buildings will be under renovations painted starting in October. Each balcony will be power-washed, repaired and painted. We don't have an exact time when this will occur for our unit. Because of this we have DEEP DISCOUNTS running Nov. 15-Jan. 31. If you are here during the time our balcony is being done the furniture will need to come in to our unit. We can have someone help you bring it in if necessary.
Perfect for your next family vacation, our condo features a main living area with open concept. The bedroom can be closed off by the barn door though it's not a tight seal. Full bath with nice tub for soaking and a washer/dryer. The second bed is a full-sized pullout sofa.
Many of our furnishings are custom-made or unique to only our condo!
For the angler we have a covered fish cleaning station right on the boat dock. And charcoal grills on the property.
We have a smart TV but no cable.
All amenities are free and there are NO RESORT FEES.
And the beach is right across the street so you won't have to drive somewhere and search for parking!
