Parking is $30 for your entire stay. It's collected by the complex.
ATTENTION NOVEMBER-FEBRUARY GUESTS: Our buildings will be painted starting in October. On the day our balcony is painted the outdoor furniture will need to come inside and you will not be able to use the balcony. If this happens during your stay we will refund 50% of that night's stay. We have no idea when that day will be.
Perfect for your next family vacation, our condo features a main living area with open concept. The bedroom can be closed off by the barn door though it's not a tight seal. Full bath with nice tub for soaking and a washer/dryer. The second bed is a full-sized pullout sofa.
Many of our furnishings are custom-made or unique to only our condo!
For the angler we have a covered fish cleaning station right on the boat dock. And charcoal grills on the property.
We have a smart TV but no cable.
All amenities are free and there are NO RESORT FEES.
And the beach is right across the street so you won't have to drive somewhere and search for parking!
